When my little boy Patrik started crawling, he always crawled with his left leg out, in and ready to walk stance(external rotation, abduction). Being a Physiotherapist I knew that for further development it is very important for a baby to crawl correctly. Trying everything in my power and knowledge to get him to crawl correctly, I just couldn’t get it right. So I contacted a friend of mine who I knew did BabyGym. Patrik and I went for I session to Margit and she showed me a lot of exercise to do with him. A lot of cross over arm and leg exercise. And the best tip for correcting the crawling was crawling through a tunnel. We practiced a lot crawling through the tunnel, the tunnel being narrow he just couldn’t put his leg out to the side and thus was forced to crawl correctly. I also still did a lot of the cross over exercises with him and after 2 weeks his crawling was perfected. Thanks to BabyGym , I now know that my little boy has perfected each development stage to his fullest.
